I didn’t come into trading chasing fast money or social media validation. I came in curious. Then reality did its job. Losses. Drawdowns. Long stretches of being unprofitable. Moments where quitting would have been the logical option if logic was driven by comfort.
Trading stripped away every illusion I had about myself.
That’s why I stayed.
I trade because the market is the most honest environment I’ve ever interacted with. It doesn’t reward effort. It doesn’t care about intentions. It only responds to preparation, consistency, and execution. Every mistake is exposed immediately. Every strength compounds quietly.
